By checking the box below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the following terms regarding my participation in retreats, trips, and events hosted by Shawn and Nina:

1. Assumption of Risk
   I acknowledge that participation may involve risks such as travel delays, accidents, illness, injuries, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume all risks and accept full responsibility for my participation.

2. Health & Fitness
   I certify that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in retreat activities and have disclosed any relevant health conditions to the Hosts.

3. Medical Authorization
   I authorize Shawn and Nina to arrange emergency medical treatment if needed, and I am responsible for any medical expenses.

4. Release of Liability
   I release and hold harmless Shawn and Nina, their affiliates, contractors, and staff from any liability related to injuries, illness, property damage, or other losses incurred during participation.

5. Travel & Insurance
   I understand that I am responsible for securing travel documents (passport, visas, etc.) and that I am required to have comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care, and emergency evacuation.

6. Code of Conduct
   I agree to respect all participants, staff, and local culture. I will follow safety guidelines and understand that disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.

7. Media Release
   I grant permission for Shawn and Nina to use photos, videos, or recordings of me from the retreat for promotional purposes unless I opt out in writing before the retreat begins.

8. Refund & Cancellation
   I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Refund & Cancellation Policy outlined on the Shawn and Nina website.

9. Acknowledgment
   By checking the box, I confirm that I have read this agreement, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.
