Refund and Returns Policy

At Shawn and Nina, we value your trust and are committed to providing high-quality experiences, products, and services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and credits are handled for our offerings.


1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Courses, and Online Content)

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once your order is completed.
  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on ebooks, guides, or other digital downloads.
  • If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at Contact@shawnandnina.love, and we will assist you promptly.

2. Workshops, Trainings, and Online Events

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled event may qualify for a full refund or credit toward a future event.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to another participant by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the event.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Retreats & Trips

  • non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The deposit amount will be stated during registration.
  • Final balances are typically due 60 days prior to the retreat or trip start date (unless otherwise specified).
  • Cancellations made:
    • 90+ days before the event: Refunds (minus deposit) may be issued.
    • 60–89 days before the event: Eligible for a 50% refund (minus deposit).
    • Less than 60 days before the event: Non-refundable.
  • If we must cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, insufficient enrollment), participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a future retreat.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected cancellations, illness, or emergencies.

4. Affiliate & Sponsored Products

  • If you purchase a product or service through an affiliate link, the refund/cancellation policy of the third-party vendor applies. Please review their terms directly.

5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
  • Please note that some banks or credit card issuers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
